In this new version, known as Version 12 (V.12), a new boss NPC called, Rangda, will be unveiled to players that have been anxiously waiting for this exciting update.
The Rangda is the soul of a cursed witch that lies deep within the forest of Darkon. There are four incarnations of the Rangda: Rangda, Horrible Rangda, Uncanny Rangda, and Dreadful Rangda, and each offer players an opportunity to obtain rare items which are extremely valuable in the world of Madrigal.
Details of the Rangda:
• Challenging Boss NPC: Only mid-to-high level players (at least level 70) should challenge Rangda.
• Special Item Drops: Rangda will drop special items and appear in various places on the map.
• Higher Tier Weapon Drops: Each Rangda drops unique weapons that are from the tier of items above her level (Ex: Lv 70 Rangda drops Lv 80 weapons).
• Rage: Her HP recovery and attack power will increase when its HP is low.

[September 18th, 2008] – Flyff, the first title from Gala-Net Inc., will soon release one of its most anticipated updates later this Fall for Version 12 (V.12) - the Forsaken Tower and its Secret Rooms.
The Forsaken Tower is a new dungeon for mid to high level players who are brave enough to set foot inside. The Forsaken Tower is located at the south of Flaris and is unlike any other dungeons in Madrigal. The tower hosts 5 floors, each of which has unique monsters inspired from different mythologies from around the world. In addition, upon the top of the Forsaken Tower are two rooms which give guilds the chance to obtain powers never seen before. In order to access the Secret Rooms and reap the benefits of the power it contains, guilds must compete to win access. The guilds will complete weekly against a challenging new enemy who sits upon the top of the tower. Winning guilds from both of the secret rooms will be granted the power to set tax rates in the major cities of the game. Controlling guilds will receive their share of the taxes earned on a daily basis.
"The competition for the Secret Rooms in V.12 will be intense," said Senior Producer Keehwan Her. "Flyff is a very closely knitted community, and this new dungeon will not only bring new territories for players to explore, but it will also challenge guilds from all around the world."

[September 12, 2008] - Gala-Net Inc. announced today that it will release "Rappelz Epic V: The Dragonic Age, Part II" later this fall to its free-to-play game portal, gPotato.com in the North American market.
"Rappelz Epic V: The Dragonic Age, Part II" will feature a variety of new updates to the second chapter of this prominent saga. Part II will deliver two new dungeons and a theme dungeon for players to explore. The theme dungeon offers players a chance to team up with other daredevils for a chance to defeat bears and the new boss. Not only can players team up to fight atrocious bears and new monsters, Part II will also include Character Skill Renewal. In this new system, character skills will be strengthened for each character's job and players will notice an increased effect at every skill level. In addition, Part II will also introduce two new decorative pets, weapons, new Rank VI armors and weapons, and an array of new Rank V and Rank VI accessories that will help players with the challenges that Part II will offer.

[September 8, 2008] - Gala-Net Inc. will release the next chapter to Flyff: Fly for Fun later this October. The Lord System will play a key role among the many new features to debut in Flyff Version 12 (V.12).
In V.12, the new Lord System will allow eligible players to be voted as the Lord of their server for 2 weeks. In order to qualify as a candidate to become a Lord, players must have obtained Hero or Master status in order to be considered. For a player to be elected as the Lord of their server, 10% of the eligible voting public must participate for a Lord to be chosen, otherwise no Lord will be elected. In order for a player to vote for a candidate, a player must be at least level 60, and must have logged into the game within the last 30 days. In addition, a player may only vote for 1 candidate.
An elected Lord will be given exclusive skills and equipment which includes:
• Special Powers, including the ability to start EXP or item drop events on his server
• Lords Cheer – EXP and Drop Rates are increased by 10% for 60 minutes.
• Lord's Blessing- boost a player's Attack or Defense Power by 10%
• Lord's Love- Increases all stats by 15 for 60 minutes
• Lord's Anger- Silences a player from talking for 60 minutes
• Lord's Call- Allows the lord to summon a player to his/her location
• A set of fashion clothes to be worn by the current Lord, The Cloak of the Sea God which gives players +20 to all stats, and the Lord's own Limousine Bike to fly around in!
